I want NPs to feel comfortable asking for more and have the information to back it up. That could mean recognizing an underpaid offer, negotiating for paid administrative time, adding a useful state license or exploring teaching and independent work. The goal is to help NPs put their education, certifications and licenses to work in ways that expand their earning potential and give them more choice in their careers.
The Multistate NP is where I’m building resources for those decisions. My experience in clinical practice and nursing education shapes the work, but the purpose is practical: give you something you can use when a patient, an opportunity or a career decision needs your attention.
