Who operates the service
The Multistate NP is a brand operated by Ingram Solutions, LLC. These terms apply to its public resources and private professional portfolio. Questions may be sent to hello@themultistatenp.com.
Eligibility and your account
Use the service only if you can legally agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Permitted and prohibited use
Use the site for lawful personal and professional purposes. Do not access another person's account, upload patient-identifiable information or content you lack permission to use, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, scrape restricted data, or misrepresent an automated result as a board decision.
Educational information
Clinical, licensure and regulatory materials are general educational information. They do not replace clinical judgment, official board instructions, individualized medical advice or emergency care. We do not provide legal or tax advice. Confirm requirements, fees, dates and practice authority with the responsible agencies before acting.
Your records and uploaded content
You retain rights in content you submit and permit us and our service providers to store and process it to provide requested features. Keep independent copies of important records. Do not upload patient-identifiable information; this is a professional credentialing workspace, not a patient record system.
Extraction, estimates and reminders
Document recognition and optional AI visual reading may be incomplete or wrong. Review results against originals. Calculators are estimates, not earnings or licensing guarantees. Reminders may be missed or inaccurate. Uploading a document does not submit it to a board, employer or insurer.
Site materials and third parties
Site text, design and tools are protected by their applicable rights. Access does not grant permission to redistribute paid products or third-party content. External websites and sign-in providers have their own policies and terms. A separate checkout may establish additional terms for future paid products; none are offered for purchase merely by appearing in a preview.
Availability and account changes
Features may change or become unavailable. We may restrict access to address abuse, security concerns or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at hello@themultistatenp.com; identity verification and limited legal or security retention may apply.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, Ingram Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that law does not permit us to exclude. Michigan law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory law that applies where you live.
Changes
