Current ordering status
The Multistate NP does not currently accept book or digital-resource purchases through this website. A book page or publication date does not mean direct ordering is open.
Purchases from another retailer
For a purchase made through a bookstore, marketplace, printer, or other retailer, review that seller’s return and refund instructions and contact the seller that took your payment. Your legal consumer rights remain unaffected.
Future direct purchases
Before direct checkout opens, we will publish specific terms for physical-book returns, damaged or incorrect shipments, digital access, bundles, and group licenses, including how to request support and any applicable deadlines. Those terms will be shown before payment. We do not state a return window or promise a refund process that is not yet operational.
