Information collected
We process your account email, authentication identifiers, and profile information. Google sign-in provides basic identity information such as your email, name, and profile image. This sign-in integration does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendars. We store professional records, notes, uploaded documents, and extracted information that you add to your workspace. Our providers may also process IP addresses, browser information, and diagnostic logs to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, provide your private workspace, process documents, deliver account emails, maintain the service, and prevent abuse. Workspace information is not intended to be public or available to other ordinary account holders.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, database services, and private file storage. Supabase provides authentication. Resend delivers account emails. Google handles Google sign-in under its own policies. The operator and providers may access information as needed for authorized operations, support, security, or applicable legal requirements.
Document processing
Text recognition may run in your browser, with extracted results saved to your workspace. If AI visual reading is enabled and used, the document is sent to OpenAI for processing and the resulting extraction is saved. Review extracted information against the original document.
Cookies and choices
Authentication cookies maintain your session. You can sign out or clear browser cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent account features from working. Email/password sign-in is available as an alternative to Google. Revoking Google access does not itself delete your workspace.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained to provide the service and for operational, security, or legal needs. Email hello@themultistatenp.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account or uploaded files. Identity verification may be required. Backup copies and security records may persist after removal from the active service.
Sensitive information and security
This workspace is for professional credentialing information, not patient charts. Do not upload patient-identifiable information, passwords, or API keys. Access controls and private storage help protect information, but no online service guarantees absolute security. Providers may process information outside your state or country.
