Names and branding

“The Multistate NP” and its wordmark are brand names of Ingram Solutions, LLC. Do not use them in a way that suggests we sponsor or endorse you, your product or your organization.

Official sources we cite

Statutes, regulations, board publications and other government materials we link to or quote belong to their authors or are in the public domain. Our ownership covers our own selection, organization, summaries and commentary, not the underlying law.

What you may do

• Link to any public page.
• Quote short passages for commentary, teaching or discussion, with attribution to The Multistate NP and a link to the page.
• Print or save a page for your own reference.

What needs permission

Republishing pages or substantial excerpts, copying state datasets or tables, scraping the site, and reproducing book or Documentation Library content all need written permission. Digital products are also covered by the Digital Product Terms. To ask, use the contact form.

Reporting infringement

If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, email hello@themultistatenp.com with:

• the work you believe is infringed;
• the address of the material on our site;
• your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

We review notices and remove or disable material where appropriate.

Documents you upload to My Workspace stay yours and are visible only to your account. You are responsible for having the right to upload them.
